MISSION - WHAT WE DO
The purpose of Faith Family Medical Center is to provide the residents of greater Nashville who do not have health insurance with affordable, quality primary medical care. Faith Family seeks to become the family physician for these residents. With a low-cost primary care provider available to them, people will be able to seek out medical care at the onset of any problems. Treatment can then begin early-on instead of after their conditions have become more complicated. Clinic patients also benefit from counseling and education services designed to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. Our Mission: Driven by faith, we provide hope and healing to our hardworking neighbors in need.
